YOU HAVE 30 DAYS FROM THE DATE OF PURCHASE TO RETURN ELIGIBLE ITEMS.  NO REFUNDS.  WE ONLY OFFER STORE CREDIT.


HOW WILL I RECEIVE MY STORE CREDIT? 

Expect an emailed E-Gift Card within 3-6 business days of the delivery of your Return at our warehouse based on the high volume of returns. Please note this increase of processing time is due to large volumes of mail packages we receive daily.  We appreciate your patience while we work quickly to get our staffing and processing needs resolved. Store Credit is calculated automatically to reflect any discounts and taxes at time of purchase. Store Credit is not processed the day your item is delivered. It must be sorted, inspected, and processed.  Original shipping charges are not refunded in your store credit.

WE ONLY OFFER STORE CREDIT FOR RETURNS. WE DO NOT ISSUE REFUNDS TO ORIGINAL METHOD OF PAYMENT.

We hope this will encourage you to take your time in selecting your purchases and feel free to reach out to us with any questions regarding sizing or styling. Store Credit never expires. We get over 100 new styles a week and hope we can assist you in finding something new if your purchase doesn't work out!

 

HOW DO I INITIATE A RETURN?

  • Returns for unworn / undamaged goods only.  All returned goods will be inspected prior to any return / credit being issued.
  • Returns will gladly be accepted if returned to KASAKALI within 30 days of your order being placed.
  • Customer is responsible for all shipping expenses back to KASAKALI.  We recommend the least economical method possible as well as getting a shipping tracking number to track the package. 
  • Please email KASAKALI the shipping tracking number so we can ensure we receive your returned goods accordingly.  Email kasakalistore@gmail.com with the following : your Order number, Customer Name on original purchase and shipping tracking number.
  • Once your returned goods are inspected, refunds or credit will be issued as early within 72 hours of receipt by KASAKALI.  Refunds will be credited as KASAKALI Store Credit only.

ADDITIONAL RETURN DETAILS

  • We only offer STORE CREDIT for returns. We don't issue refunds back to your method of payment.
  • The amount of your Store Credit is only for the item(s) you purchased and does not include the shipping.
  • Merchandise must be returned within 30 days of the purchase date.
  • Merchandise must be unwashed and unworn.
  • ALL BODYSUITS / LINGERIE / SWIMSUITS are not Returnable due to hygiene wear.  No exceptions.  
  • Store credit cannot be applied to future purchases until the return is processed. Meaning, you can not apply the store credit before we have actually issued it to you.
  • If an item is Ineligible for a Return and it is returned to us, we will have to send back the Ineligible Item to you.
  • FINAL SALE and FLASH SALE items are NOT eligible for Returns or Exchanges. 
  • Fashion Face Coverings are FINAL SALE and NOT eligible for Returns 
  • Bodysuits and Intimates are FINAL SALE and NOT eligible for Returns 
  • Please allow 3-6 business days for return processing.
  • Once your return is processed, we will email you an E-Gift Card with your store credit that you can use on the website.
  •  Store Credit does not expire.
